Complete a GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course from a recognized institution. Register with the Tamil Nadu Nursing Council (TNC). Obtain an RNRM (Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife) number, which qualifies you as a licensed nurse.

Private Hospitals/Clinics ₹2.5 to ₹4 lakhs per year. Abroad ₹6 to ₹8 lakhs per year, depending on the country and role. Home Nursing ₹4 to ₹5 lakhs per year.
