To maintain a disciplined and harmonious environment conducive to academic excellence and professional development, all students, parents, and staff of St. Mary’s Educational Institutions are expected to adhere to the following rules and regulations.
General Conduct
- Compliance with Rules: - Every student and parent must follow the institution's rules and ensure a peaceful atmosphere within the campus.
- Prohibited Activities: - Mobile phones are not permitted in the hostel, college, and hospital premises. - Unpleasant behaviors such as smoking, drinking alcohol, using tobacco products, inappropriate language, and violence are strictly forbidden.

Hospital and College Regulations
- Hospital Etiquette: Students must not leave their designated hospital wards without prior permission from ward nurses. - Parents and visitors are not allowed in hospital premises.
- Uniform and Grooming: - College and hospital uniforms, shoes, and hairstyles must adhere to institutional guidelines for both male and female students.
- Attendance: Students must have at least 80% class attendance and 100% hospital attendance to be eligible for government examinations.
- Leave Policies: Students must not take leave from college or hospital duties without prior notice and a valid reason.
Hostel Regulations
- Visitors: Visitors are not allowed inside hostel rooms under any circumstances. Visitors can meet students only on designated visitor days.
- Prohibited Items and Activities: Possession of mobile phones and engagement in prohibited activities within the hostel premises are not allowed.
Financial Guidelines
- Tuition Fees: Parents must pay tuition fees within the stipulated timeframe. Any delay will incur a late fee.
